4. Administration:

Maintaining building overall works regarding new and repairing of construction, Whitewash, plumber work, electric work, electronics and electric equipment installations. And dealing all kind of accessories and material that is required to maintain the building.
5. Export Documentation:
Preparation of whole export documents from initial to final process. Perofrma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of origin, Bills of Lading, Undertaking, Goods inspection certificates depending on commodity nature.
6. Weboc operating & Bank dealing: Directly prepare E-form on using weboc portal by FBR and deal with bank to approve it. Also dealing with bank for CAD and LC regarding shipments.
7. Clearing, Forwarder & Transporter dealing:
Handing the shipment by self individually, clearing agent, forwarder and Transportation companies to cut down shipment cost.
8. Bags, Brochure, Flex and other Publicity material: Dealing with venders of printing field to design and print for product packing. Developing and processing in offset printing machine media like Non -Woven, PP, Tin and jute. 2 and 3 layer material for gravure printing machine with cylinder making technique. Managing seasonal demand of bags for each product in different weight and sizes like 10 Gram packing standing and non standing pouches up to 1 KG, Tin from 400 Gram and 10 KG to 50 KG of bags. Developed and process seasonal brochures and flexes material according to demand. Proof reading to all content on printing material and ensure price, printing quality according to design and media specification.
9. Policy Making:
Developed and implemented sales polices to increase sales and product growth with attractive incentives for dealers and sales team. To increase weekly cash flow a recovery policy has been developed and applied with the coordination of legal department most effectively.
10. Event Organizing:
Arrange and manage silver jubilee celebration function. Worked in area of award distribution, decoration and program scripting as whole. And annual sales award distribution function on yearly basis in same working domain.
11. Computer Networks: Individually, handling the 30 above nodes network which has been designed local and wide area of network. A mesh network based on combination of network devices managed in racks, like router, modem, switches (Unmanageable), and firewall with CIR fiber based multi-back internet support. A MAC binding secure network accessible through wireless and cable media in whole premises and remotely by P2P.
12. Server and Device installation:
Installed and managed windows servers with window workstation along with network devices like TPLink router, modem, Firewall MikroTik , and Cisco switches. Configured router, modem, Cisco switches and network based printer HP & Ricoh mono and color machines according to network requirements.
