I'm a construction engineer mechanical having exposure in Oil&Gas industry, with United Energy UEP, British Petroleum BP, China Petroleum Engineering CPE, OMV (Pakistan), ABB, Byco Oil Refinery. With over 06 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. I have covered all aspects of FEED, construction of Greenfield & brownfield, erection & hook-ups, preservation, maintenance, mechanical quality assurance and control and testing through to completions and final Commissioning. Expert knowledge of Pipe work prefabrication, fabrication and installation in all materials, welding, lifting, rigging & equipment knowledge, structural fabrication, pre-fabrication and installation. Also well aware specially BP standards, codes & policy. Integrated systems and Static Mechanical Equipment and associated work. I'm fully conversant with the Permit to Work Systems, TRA,JSA, MC Completions, Hydrostatic testing, Pre commissioning, Commissioning, Documentation, Certification and Handover Procedures, close out of project. Good communicational and computer skills. Experience with Multinational workforce. Conducting weekly safety meetings, preparing risk assessments and daily onsite QHSE meetings and audits.

 Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined construction area to prevent unsafe working conditions.  Responsible for ensuring Contractor(s) performs Mechanical/Piping works in accordance with contract requirements  Review Mechanical/Piping Inspection and Test Plans submitted by CONTRACTOR and ensure compliance.  Clarifying design and specification issues, including processing site communication forms and non-conformance reports.  Maintaining and disseminating drawings and specifications  Participate in Method Statement and Job Safety Analysis reviews.  Has the capability of developing and reviewing WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR)  Monitor Contractor(s) performance in Mechanical/Piping discipline and address any areas of concern via COMPANY Construction Manager  Work with COMPANY Quality and HSE Engineers to ensure CONTRACTOR meets all requirements.  Closely Monitor Site activities and issue Non-Compliance Reports as necessary  Participate in site meetings, as required.  Provide constructability feedback  Review Mechanical/Piping Completion / final dossiers and as-built drawings

- Interpretation of drawings (P & ID's, GA's, Plot Plans, Piping Layouts, Isometrics). - Capable of carrying out layout work and independently generates isometrics, piping plan drawings, etc., in accordance with the procedures and execution plans. - Developing planned and current schedules for piping maintenance, installation, testing, system acceptance and commissioning. - Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined construction area to prevent unsafe working conditions. - Shut down & construction experience - HSE management systems, JSA, JRA and JHA concepts & practices and familiarity with environmental aspects.
