• Supervise and assist in daily warehouse a areas including:  Filling and issuing material according to Shop Floor orders,  Ensuring accuracy of Issuing material supporting documentation,  Receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel,  Receiving material from Suppliers and ensure completeness of incoming documents.  Ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.  Monthly Stock Reconciliation at Factory and at Rented 3PL Warehouses • Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks. • Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by production schedules. • Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations. • Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices. • Receiving/ Issuance of inventory as per SOP • GMP and housekeeping of stores • Physical inventory managements at Plant and 3PL including Material Movements vice versa • Communications with Planning/Vendor/Procurement on materials complaint and rejected materials • Point out the Obsolete/Discontinued materials and arrange for their write offs from books and passing on to Administration for Incerination or destruction of such materials. • Ensure Regular Service, Calibration of equipment used in stores. • Ensure controlled environment is maintained as per materials storage requirements.

• Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory and maximizing available working capital. • Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations. • Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks. • Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital. • Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business. • Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure. • Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when required. • Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up production for whatever reason are chased and followed up until received. • Ensure sub contract processes are received back and that suppliers are chased to ensure no late delivery situation. • Provide routine management information on inventory performance,  Monitor and evaluate consumables usage & costs.  Monitor & evaluate material utilization and scrap. • Write and maintain accurate written procedures for all main inventory control processes and functions. • Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes. • Perform cyclic stock checks • Check and adjust shop floor data collection. • Ensure work orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly. • Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies found are addressed and resolved. • Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.

• Fleet Management (Secondary Distribution Vehicles). • Develop the fleet, vehicle maintenance and control centre units into effective commercial business units. • Ensuring the financial viability of the fleet operation including managing the charging system in conjunction with the finance team. • Streamline and monitor fuel purchase system with assistance of Fuel Cards for all vehicles. • Review fuel usage and consumption, compare it to vehicle capacity and usage and resolve any discrepancies in fuel invoices. • Develop/run/analyze productivity and operational reports. • Conduct safety talks and meetings with drivers in order to bring awareness about driving safely. • Ensure all vehicle accidents are accurately recorded and investigated with claim forms submitted to the fleet insurers. • Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends. • Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information and user surveys to forecast new requirements. • Determine the need and benefits of out-sourcing vehicle repairs or services. • Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations. • Negotiate and establish repair cost or parts pricing with commercial vendors. • Oversee routine and ad-hoc maintenance; obtain tags for new vehicles and re-new old ones to ensure schedule fleet management. • Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building to manage entire fleet to achieve company’s objectives. • Provide adequate instruction and training in order that employees are competent to carry out their work activities safely and free of risk to themselves and other employees who may be affected by such activities. • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. • Processing all deliveries done through local affiliate (receiving, checking, picking, wrapping and shipping). • Assists in receiving all Ice Cream, Cream, Juices, fruits and store according to Standards. • Ensure First Expiry First out (FEFO) method while shipment. • Processing orders into the system through Exceed (Warehouse Management System).
