Logistics Supervisor
Following the Head office instruction mobilization and demobilization for new projects Well versed in various Administration activities such as office administration, facilities management, security, transport logistics & document management, event management, diary management, travel arrangements, meeting and conferences etc. Supervise of proper record of vehicle movements, ensure timely service and repairs of vehicles to avoid break downs, keep record of fuel consumption, deployment of right vehicle for right job, and conduct training classes for drivers and conductors to ensure safety. Maintained office equipment and supply of general stationery, and ordered repairs and servicing of machinery as required. Organizes office operations and procedures, such as word processing, bookkeeping, and preparation of payrolls, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services. Coordinates activities of various clerical departments, Head Office or workers within department. Assisting in the routine operations of the logistics department. Co-coordinating the supply of goods, including requisitioning, receiving, storing, issuing and processing payment for goods in accordance with the company policy. Maintaining supplier database, relationship with suppliers and developing new supplier links. Following up on the payment of invoice with the finance department. Manage and maintain executives' schedules. Supervise invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents. Make travel arrangements for executive’s staff. Scheduled purchases and delivery of materials and services. To reduce company expense and maintain company budget. Checked orders and expedited the arrival of building materials or equipment to meet a progress schedule. Evaluates office production, revises procedures, or devises new forms to improve efficiency of workflow. Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices. Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
