• Designing E2E solution for Video Conference including integration of Huawei SMC, SC & MCU with Skype for Business. • Preparing solutions for integration of Core NW nodes mainly MSC & MGW with other NE’s including troubleshooting. • Preparing LLD & HLD for HW installation & SW commissioning of ATCA 3G MSC, MGW, SBC & ATAE U2000 (OSS) • Responsible for conducting ATP (Acceptance Test Procedures) for 3G MSC, MGW, SBC & U2000 (OSS). • Software Up gradation for Nationwide Ufone ATCA 3G MSC, MGW, SBC, U2000 for MSC Pool implementation. • MSC Pool Implementation in 2 Regions of Ufone (North & South) each one consists of 4-ATCA MSC & its MGW’s. • Software commissioning at MSC & MGW for new RNC, 3G Sites(U900&U2100) Cells followed by detail KPI Monitoring • Nationwide Integration of ATCA & CPCI MSC’s with Airguard EIR (Mavenir Systems). • Forecasting network traffic for events, optimizing existing & addition of new hardware to cope up with predicted traffic. • Closely Working with Huawei Sales Team for New Project BOQ’s and Design Finalization. • License capacity expansion and subscriber administration for Huawei MSC, MGW, SBC, PCRF, HLR, M2000 & U2000. • Running of various trials on TestBed & on Live network to optimize CS Core Network NEs. • Day to Day Communication with Huawei GTAC and R&D China for solving day to day customer complex issues. • Performing Impact analysis on Core NEs for new services & features as per requirement from Customer & Marketing team • Nationwide traveling for technical Supervision of the projects.

• Preparing Scripts, MOPs, LLD & HLD for Hardware Expansion of Huawei MSC (ATCA & CPCI) & MGW (R8 & R9) • Routine Health Checks & KPI’s monitoring on Key Events (Christmas, New Year, Ramdan, Eid Festival) etc. • Optimization of CS Core system performance using M2000 statistics to ensure that system performs at optimum level. • Performed nationwide Ufone critical LIG Swap project successfully on 6 ATCA MSC and 24 CPCI MSC. • Was part of team that performed Pakistan first 3G trial Call testing for Ufone CG. • Preparing Scripts & MOP’s related to A-Interface Trunk Circuit Addition, BSC Rehoming’s & its detail KPI monitoring. • Responsible for Benchmarking of important KPIs for each CS Core Node after the Cutover/Upgrades. • Help customer in deployment of different latest GSM/UMTS features, involving its planning, designing and deployment. • Coordinate with supply chain and arrange on-time delivery of materials to ensure flawless project roll-out.
