Follow- up on sales order, shipment booking and schedules. • Manage and control Warehouse Inventory to maintain orders and efficiently meet delivery commitments. • Work cross-functionally with all departments to ensure quality and maximize productivity. • Lead and develop effective warehouse personnel to ensure an efficient, motivated, and skilled workforce. • Regularly review warehouse processes and procedures to ensure continuous cost improvement. • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
